A CHARTER cargo flight service connecting Hong Kong to southwest China's Nanning, Chongqing then back to Hong Kong was launched, Xinhua reports.
This is the second charter cargo flight service from the Nanning airport after the Nanning-Dhaka service. It is operated by Hong Kong Airlines, offers two flights a week and uses Airbus 330-200 freighter that can carry 60 tonnes.
Cargo is expected to be mainly electronic products, automobile parts, precious metals and farm produce. Xiamen Teda International Freight Co, Ltd. is in charge of the freight forwarding business for the service.
