Chemical tanker abandoned after fire, drifting  (19/8)

Chemical tanker reported fire in the afternoon Aug 16 in East China sea. Later tanker reported water ingress, developing heavy list, crew abandoning the ship in life boat and rafts. All crew were rescued, one injured. No danger of sinking reported, AIS probably off.
