The liner carriers MOL, Hapag-Lloyd and Zim will add a call at Amsterdam on their jointly-operated service between West Africa and Europe, according to a notice from Hapag-Lloyd.
The Dutch port will be called from December through April during the peak cocoa season, the German line said. The service (called ARN by MOL, WAX by Hapag-Lloyd, and NAF by Zim) will have a rotation of Dakar, Lagos, Tema, Abidjan, San Pedro, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Thamesport, Antwerp, and Dakar during that period.
According to ComPair Data, the service is operated with six ships (two from MOL, two from Hapag-Lloyd, one from Zim, and one currently unconfirmed) with an average capacity of 1,968 TEUs.
