TAP will start operating four flights per week between Lisbon and Turin from 3 June 2012. Turin is the capital of the Piedmont region of Italy and is a major cultural and business centre in North East Italy. Its airport serves a region with more than 4.5 million inhabitants.
With the launch of the new route to Turin, in summer 2012 TAP will be operating a total of 93 flights per week between Portugal and Italy, offering direct flights to five cities in the country.
Currently TAP flies between Lisbon and Rome (28 flights per week), Milan (26 flights per week), Venice and Bologna (7 flights per week). TAP also operates flights to Italy from Porto with one daily flight to Rome and two daily flights to Milan.
