Air France group, Martinair add services

Europe's Air France-KLM Cargo and Martinair Cargo are to offer new services from Europe to the US, China and Africa from April 11.   There will be a three times a week service between Paris and Wuhan in China using a B777-200ER and a month later, from May 15, a service from Amsterdam to Lusaka in Zambia.   A bi-weekly service from Paris to New York launches March 25, with increased capacity to Chicago and San Francisco.   Aircargo Asia Pacific
