Philippines to upgrade a dozen airports

The Philippine government plans to upgrade 12 airports, including Manila's main international airport in an effort to boost foreign tourist arrivals. The planned upgrades will "ease our logistic costs, alleviate our traffic congestion and help the Department of Tourism achieve its 10 million tourist target for 2016," a spokesperson said.     Aircargo Asia Pacific
