Lianyungang opens route to Pyongtaek

Jiangsu Province's Lianyungang has opened an international passenger and cargo liner shipping route to Pyongtaek in South Korea.

This is the third international passenger and cargo liner shipping route to Pyongtaek that a Chinese coastal port has opened, and is the 16th passenger and cargo liner shipping route between China and South Korea.

Lianyungang C-K Ferry will operate the ship on the new route, with the passenger and container loading capacity at 668 persons and 192 TEUs respectively.

Two ships will operate every week, with the voyage taking 23 hours.
