American Airlines begins Madrid service

5/18/2009 9:18:43 AM

American Airlines Cargo Division has started daily nonstop Boeing 767-300 service cargo service from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport to Spain’s Madrid Barajas International Airport.

“This new flight represents our third venture into the Spanish market, and complements our existing service between New York and Barcelona and between Miami and Madrid,” said Dave Brooks, president of American Airlines Cargo. “The increased access to Spain meets the growing needs of our freight forwarder customers, and creates new opportunities for the exchange of goods between the United States and Europe.”
