Lufthansa is launching new flights from Munich to Riyadh. From 26 April 2010, the Saudi Arabian capital will be served thrice weekly in addition to the daily flight already operated by Lufthansa from Frankfurt. The route will be flown by a Boeing 737, which is currently operated on behalf of Lufthansa by the Swiss business jet operator PrivatAir.
The new service to Riyadh brings to nine the number of new destinations Lufthansa is offering this summer. In all, Lufthansa customers flying from Munich will have a choice of 117 destinations in 44 countries.
