Icelandair Expands Service to Denmark and Sweden

Icelandair continues to expand their 2011 summer schedule with the announcement of 3 flights a week to Billund, Denmark and 2 flights a week to Gothenburg, Sweden starting June 2011 through September 2011.   The 2011 Icelandair schedule for Scandinavia will include service to two major cities in Denmark (Copenhagen, Billund) and Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg) along with four major cities in Norway (Bergen, Oslo, Stavanger, Trondheim) and Helsinki Finland. With these additional flights, Icelandair will offer service to 9 Scandinavian destinations and will operate up to 200 flights a week for the 2011 summer schedule.   Air Transport News
