ACG Air Cargo Germany has added a fourth Boeing jumbo freighter B747-400BCF to its fleet, deploying the aircraft on the Frankfurt - Mumbai - Hong Kong route.
The fleet expansion is in response to increasing demand for intercontinental cargo transport. With its four freighter-fleet, the airline offers the market a total uplift capacity of approximately 440 tons.
According to CEO Michael Bock, the operation of four main deck freighters enables the airline to provide additional frequencies to Hong Kong and a broader network by serving India's capital Delhi as well as Shenyang in the northeastern part of China.
