AirCargoGermany arrived at Jorge Chavez - Lima Airport

Yesterday AirCargoGermany arrived at Jorge Chavez - Lima Airport with one of its B747-400F and inaugurated its first flight to the Peruvian capital.   AirCargoGermany is connecting Lima with Frankfurt-Hahn each Wednesday and added this key market to its network. Frank Ziesemer, President & CEO of Strike Aviation Group as Cargo GSSA Peru for AirCargoGermany commentend: This historical step shows the importance of the Peruvian market to the European Community and it helps the producers of mangoes, asparagus, pineaple and also the high fashion textile industry to have their products next day in the European stores. The Peruvian economy still groves more than the rest of the countries in the Americas and additional capacity was demanded by the local export industry to satifsfy the demand. AirCargoGermany is the only direct freighter service from Peru to Europe. Air Transport News
