The liner carrier Gold Star has joined an MCC Transport intra-Asia service linking South Korea and Southeast Asia, according to ComPair Data.
The service, IA5, has a rotation of Tanjung Pelepas, Laem Chabang, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Yantian, Kaohsiung, Shanghai, Busan, Vostochniy, Xiamen, Manila, and Tanjung Pelepas. It’s operated with five vessels with an average capacity of 1,702 TEUs.
MCC Transport is the intra-Asia subsidiary of Maersk Line, while Gold Star is a subsidiary of Zim.
