Bernuth Lines expands ocean services to Bahamas

Bernuth Lines has expanded its services to the Bahamas and now sails four days a week from Port Everglades to Freeport.   Bernuth also offers a weekly rotation to Eleuthera, Andros and Long Island and next-day service to Abaco. The company said its 168-TEU freighter is now the largest ship calling at the Family Islands.   Bernuth operates a bonded warehouse in Hialeah, Fla., handling dry, frozen and chilled full container loads, less-than-container loads, and boats, trucks and buses for shipment to the Bahamas.   Florida Shipper
