Four ocean carriers will collaborate on a new service linking Asia with the East Coast of South America beginning in mid-June.
The new service by "K" Line, PIL, Hyundai Merchant Marine and NYK Line will see 10 vessels with an average size of 4,250 TEUs deployed on a weekly 70-day round voyage. "K" Line, PIL and NYK will provide three vessels each, with Hyundai one.
Port rotation for the service will be Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Shekou, Singapore, Santos, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Navegantes, Paranagua, Santos, Rio de Janeiro, Cape Town, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Cape Town will only be served by "K" Line and PIL vessels.
