Grimaldi adds Boston to West Africa service

Grimaldi Group has added the port of Boston to its twice-monthly, direct U.S./West Africa roll-on/roll-off service.   The service also calls New York, Baltimore and Jacksonville, Fla., and sails directly to Dakar, Tema, Lome, Cotonou and Lagos, where Grimaldi has its own ro/ro terminal. Connecting service is provided on Grimaldi vessels to other African ports including Banjul, Conakry, Freetown, Abidjan, Takoradi, Douala, Pointe Noire, Luanda and Boma.   The service moves cars, trucks, tractors, buses and other vehicles and equipment, Grimaldi said.   American Shipper
