CMA CGM (America) adds reefer service desk

CMA CGM (America) is starting a dedicated export reefer customer service desk, based in its Norfolk, Va. office.   The desk will give export refrigerated cargo customers access to a dedicated team that can help customers place or modify bookings, track and trace cargo, process documentation or assist with problem resolution.   The carrier places its reefer fleet capacity at 95,000 TEUs.   Beginning March 30 customers can contact the export reefer desk by dialing (877) 556-6308, then option 1 and then option 3.   American Shipper
