Singapore has signed separate open skies agreements with Bulgaria and Lithuania.
The Bulgarian deal allows airlines from both countries to operate flights between and beyond the countries, as well as via intermediate points with no restrictions on capacity, frequency and aircraft type.
The deal with Lithuania allows for any number of passenger and cargo flights between the countries and to points beyond them. "The traffic rights exchanged under the agreement allow carriers of both countries to tap traffic from third countries," said the Singapore Transport Ministry.
