Project and heavy-lift carrier Intermarine launched a heavylift service between Europe and South America. The service will deploy new 10,000 deadweight-ton vessels with gear capacities up to 500 metric tons and is intended to carry cargo for South American oil and gas, power generation, mining and infrastructure projects.
Intermarine has opened new offices in Zeist, Holland, and Hamburg, Germany, that will support the new Europe-South America service and provide sales, chartering, logistics, technical and documentation services.
Intermarine, headquartered in New Orleans, has offices in Houston, Caracas, Buenos Aires, Shanghai, Seoul, and Mumbai.
