Dutch intermodal transport specialist, Van Dieren Maritime, has launched a new rail service linking Herne in Germany with Nässjö in Sweden.
The service, which offers three departures per week in each direction, is fully integrated within Van Dieren's extensive network of rail services that extend as far north as Luleå (Sweden), Mo i Rana (Norway), south to Le Boulou on the French/Spanish border, and Melzo and Verona in Italy.
Van Dieren also provides a connection to Turkey using a regular rail service between Herne and Istanbul.
