Maersk Line is upgrading the port rotation of its Rumba Service between South America, the Mediterranean, the Middle East and India.
The Danish carrier said the service will add a direct call at Itapoa, Brazil, effective Aug. 22.
The revised Rumba port coverage will be Rio de Janeiro, Santos, Paranagua, Itajai, Itapoa, Santos, Algeciras, Genoa, Jeddah, Salalah, Jebel Ali, Jawaharlal Nehru (Nhava Sheva), Jeddah, Genoa, Barcelona, Malaga, Algeciras and Rio de Janeiro.
The first vessel under the new rotation will be the Laust Maersk, scheduled to depart Itapoa Aug. 23.
