Changi’s airfreight movements grow slightly

Airfreight movements at Singapore Changi Airport grew by 1.1 percent in July compared to July 2012. During July 2013, 160,000 tonnes of cargo passed through Changi. Air traffic movements for the month grew by 6.9 percent, with 29,000 landings and takeoffs. Passenger movements increased by 4 percent. From January to July 2013, airfreight shipments grew 1.3 percent year over year to 1.1 million tonnes. Aircargo World
