HONG KONG's Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) has announced it will levy a US$975 per TEU rate increase on cargo from the Far East (excluding Japan) to north Europe, the Mediterranean and the Black Sea from November 1.
The carrier said its "revenue restoration programme" had become necessary to "continue providing quality and sustainable services", and asked customers to contact OOCL sales representatives for details.
