South Korea's air cargo volume grows for first time in three years

SOUTH KOREA's air cargo traffic in 2013 rose 0.7 per cent compared to the previous year to 3,498,947 tonnes, marking the first positive year-on-year growth since 2010, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The government said that the increase in international cargo more than made up for a decline in the volume of domestic cargo handled, reported Yonhap.   Asian Shipper News
