Starting on 1 October 2007, the Italian full-service airline Air One is operating a daily flight from Berlin Tegel to Rome. This is the second destination from Berlin to be added to Air One's flight schedule, besides Milan Linate.
The flight to Rome Fiumicino Airport takes approximately two hours, departing from Tegel at 5.35 p.m. and landing in Rome at 7.35 p.m. The flight from Rome departs at 9.30 a.m., arriving at Tegel at 11.30 a.m. An Airbus A320 will be operated on this route from Monday to Friday and a Boeing 737 on weekends.
Air One started offering a daily connection between Berlin Tegel and Milan Linate in its 2006 winter flight schedule. Milan is the airline's key airport, as well as Rome.
