Yancheng to be a YRD container feeder port

YANCHENG port in Jiangsu province will be developed into a container feeder port, according to the General Plan of Yancheng Port that passed inspection by Jiangsu authorities, Xinhua reported.     According to the plan, Yancheng port will be an important harbour in Jiangsu, a major hub in north Jiangsu and a container feeder port in the Yangtze River Delta area, the report said.      Yancheng is an integrated port comprising port areas of Dafeng, Sheyang, Binhai and Xiangshui, the report said.
