IN THE EVENTUALITY of a strike by British Airports Authority (BAA) employees at seven major UK airports scheduled to be held on the 07th, 14th,17th and 18th January 2008, Air Malta flights to / from the UK on these days will be affected.
Industrial action is being threatened at the airports of London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, Southampton, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Consequently if strike action materialises Air Malta‘s scheduled flights to and from Heathrow, Gatwick and Glasgow on those days will be affected.
Since the strike action is limited to the above airports only, Air Malta’s Manchester and Birmingham flights will NOT be affected.
