IMCL starts DCT Gdansk calls

2/23/2008 10:54:40 AM

North Sea and Baltic trades feeder operator Inter Marine Container Lines (IMCL) has added weekly calls at the new DCT Gdansk deepwater container terminal in Poland to its network, and is considering adding a second weekly service in the near future.

IMCL will call at DCT Gdansk on a service connecting with the German ports of Hamburg and Bremerhaven.

Established in 1996, IMCL is part of the Cypriot Lemissoler Group. Its operations were expanded last September when Lemissoler acquired Gdynia-based Baltic Container Lines so that it now operates seven ships on weekly services linking various Baltic ports with Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Rotterdam.
