American Eagle Airlines, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, will add three daily nonstop flights between Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and Central Wisconsin Airport in Wausau, Wis. (CWA), beginning June 1.
American Eagle will operate the service with 44-seat Embraer ERJ-140 jets.
“This development is welcome news”, said Sen. Herb Kohl (D-Wis.). “The American Eagle service between O’Hare and Wausau will increase transportation options for Wisconsinites and will encourage greater business and commerce between the regions.”
