Yang Ming names 8,200-TEU box ship

Taiwanese ocean carrier Yang Ming today received and named its second 8,200-TEU containership built by CSBC Corp. Taiwan.   Yang Ming will deploy the YM Utopia on the Asia Europe Loop 3 (AE3) service part of the CKYH Alliance network. The AE3 has a rotation of Xingang, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Singapore, Jeddah, Port Said, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Thamesport and Xingang.   The Keelung-based line's order book contains five 4,250-TEU and three 8,250-TEU containerships plus one bulk vessel.   American Shipper
