EgyptAir has increased cargo capacity from the United Kingdom and Ireland to its Cairo hub by adding two more flights per week from London Heathrow Airport.
International Airline Marketing (IAM), EgyptAir Cargo’s general sales and service agent in Ireland, uses its express overnight road feeders to connect with EgyptAir’s flights from London.
The airline’s cargo subsidiary, Egyptair Cargo, now has access to 11 passenger flights per week from the United Kingdom, operated with Airbus 330 and Boeing 777 planes, and supplemented by twice-weekly freighter services from Kent International and Brussels, and a weekly freighter flight from Ostend, Belgium.
EgyptAir continues to increase its network and frequencies from Cairo, most recently adding twice-weekly services to Juba (Sudan). The airline has also announced plans to add Lusaka, Copenhagen and Azerbaijan to its network of more than 70 destinations spanning Egypt, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
