Hamburg Süd raising U.S. West Coast-Med rates

The liner carrier Hamburg Süd said it plans to assess a rate increase on exports from the west coast of North America to the Mediterranean. The increase, effective Oct. 15, is $320 per 20-foot container and $400 per 40-foot container from all U.S. and Canadian west coast ports.   American Shipper
