Aeroports de Paris (ADP) is building a new high-security 17,500 sqm cargo terminal with a throughput capacity of 175,000 t at Paris CDG (France). The project encompasses nine separate units (1,920 sqm each) and an office bloc (4,600 sqm).
The aim is to strengthen the airport’s role in the European airfreight market. ADP ranked first in Europe and seventh worldwide in 2005 in terms of cargo, with 2.1 million t handled. Of these, 2 million t were handled at Paris CDG.
