Chennai International Terminals (CITPL), the second private container terminal in the Chennai port, has attracted yet another shipping line for regular container feeder service, the Hindu Business Line reported.
Mitsui OSK Lines has started a new weekly service linking the Thai port Laem Chabang with Chennai.
The new service has commenced from Laem Chabang port in Thailand on March 23 with the container vessel MOL Evolution starting the first voyage.
After a stopover at Singapore and Port Klang, the ship will call at CITPL on Friday and leave the port the next day.
