Evergreen Line is joining forces with United Africa Feeder Line to launch the new ISC-Mauritius-Mozambique-Africa Service in late April.
The biweekly IMMA Service will link the Indian subcontinent, Indian Ocean islands and Mozambique. It will employ three 2,500 20-foot-equivalent unit vessels. Evergreen will provide two of the ships, and UAFL will provide one.
The first sailing will depart from Karachi, Pakistan, on April 22. The port rotation is as follows: Mundra, India; Colombo, Sri Lanka; Port Louis, Mauritius; Tamatave, Madagascar; Durban, South Africa; Maputo, Mozambique; Nacala, Mozambique; and Karachi.
Evergreen will also launch an intra-Asia service in mid-April.
