Korean adds scheduled Melbourne flights

9/8/2007 11:34:13 AM

Korean Air Lines (KAL) will add a three times weekly A320 service between Seoul and Melbourne from 22 October. The carrier previously operated the route with charter flights over the 2006/07 summer period.

Korean Air cargo manager Australia Gary Jones said each flight would offer around 5-6 tonnes of freight space.

Flights will operate on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and Australian air Express will be appointed to handle the aircraft in Melbourne.
