LCL Service for Scandinavia

A service for LCL shipments in Scandinavia now is offered by Shipping.DK.   Shipping.DK runs a fully integrated transport operation, using its own terminals, stevedoring companies and vessels. It offers sea- and airfreight shipments to all continents and operates some 150 trucks and trailers on a daily basis in Scandinavia.    Through its hub, The Danish Gateway in Copenhagen and Aarhus, the company provides a full service for devanning and consolidating consignments destined for the rest of Scandinavia, and onward shipment to Sweden, Norway, Finland, Greenland and Faroe Islands.   On arrival at their destination, cargoes are stored in warehouses operated by Shipping.DK’s partners who will carry out customs clearance for the importer and make delivery to the door. Shipping.DK can also collect freight charges. Arrival notices and invoices for standard destination charges, can be made from Shipping.DK's offices in Denmark.   Shipping.DK is a division of A/S United Shipping & Trading Company Ltd., a privately owned corporation.
