Maersk, MCC starting new Intra Asia loop

Maersk Line and fellow A.P. Moller - Maersk carrier MCC Transport are set to start a weekly Intra-Asia service connecting China with Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.   The Intra Asia Service 4 (IA-4) will have a round voyage of 21 days and port rotation of Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Singapore, Port Kelang (North and Westport, the latter for MCC use only), Jakarta, Hong Kong, and back to Shanghai.   The first vessel on the new service will be the Westertal, expected to depart from Shanghai (Waigaoqiao) on July 21.   American Shipper
