Air Botswana said it was increasing its weekly flights to Zimbabwe from two to three, amid growing business traffic between the two neighbouring countries.
Until now, the airline flew to Zimbabwe on Mondays and Wednesdays. It said in a statement, however, it had added Saturday to its flight schedule.
"Air Botswana has added Saturdays to Mondays and Wednesdays on its Harare to Gab Orone flight schedule," the airline said.
Business contact between Botswana and Zimbabwe has been booming since the beginn ing of the year, when a new 'business friendly' coalition government came into power in the latter.
Many business leaders from Botswana have trooped to Zimbabwe in droves in recent months scouting for investment opportunities, particularly in tourism.
