FedEx Express has announced the latest enhancement to its inbound international express service in China that will see Shanghai deliveries from around the world delivered by noon, six hours earlier than the previous commitment of 18:00.
The enhanced delivery time applies to all inbound FedEx International Priority service shipments to most areas of Shanghai from Monday to Saturday, with a money-back guarantee.
“With research projecting that GDP growth in China is expected to expand at about nine percent in 2010, China will continue to be a key export market for businesses seeking to tap its long-term growth potential,” said David Cunningham, president, Asia Pacific, FedEx Express.
“The noon delivery commitment to Shanghai provides our customers from around the world with faster connectivity to the market and gives them a competitive edge as they access trade opportunities on the Mainland.”
