ASEAN skies to open

Transport ministers from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are to sign an agreement next year to open all cities of member states for air transport and to also grant rights for airlines to fly on to a third country. The ASEAN Roadmap for Integration for Air Travel Sector sets an implementation deadline of December 2010.   Aircargo Asia Pacific
