SAS starts Copenhagen-Shanghai flights

3/2/2012 10:50:21 AM

SAS will open a new Copenhagen-Shanghai route, which will further improve the service between Scandinavia and the Chinese market.

The demand for traffic to China is again growing significantly and is a complementary to the successful Copenhagen-Beijing and other Asian routes.

In total, SAS Cargo will offer cargo capacity to and from China on 18 weekly flights. The new route will be operated through five direct flights per week with an Airbus A340 offering around 20 tonnes of cargo capacity per flight.
