Oman Container Lines will begin a new service to India on July 3.
The fixed-day weekly India Express common feeder service will connect APM Terminals’ facility at Nhava Sheva in Mumbai with the Port of Salalah in Oman using a 2,860-TEU vessel.
"This is the second container feeder service that OCL has established in the last six months that links Omani cargo through Omani ports via an Omani shipping line,” said Nicholas Fisher, CEO of Oman Shipping Co.
“The IEX feeder service will supplement the connectivity we've already successfully established between Port of Salalah, Port Sultan Qaboos and Jebel Ali with our Gulf Express Product."
