Air China orders four Boeing 777ERs

9/15/2010 10:22:38 AM

China flag carrier Air China has agreed to buy four 777-300ER aircraft from Boeing Co that will expand its fleet capacity by around four percent, reported Dow Jones Newswires.

The planes' combined list price is around US$1.15 billion, but the actual purchase price was not disclosed. The company did say, however, that Boeing had granted it "significant price concessions".

The Chinese carrier said it expects to take delivery of the four planes from mid-2013 to mid-2014.
