Pacific International Lines (PIL) inaugurated its North Asia service to Vladivostok on a fixed day weekly basis, according to RIA Oreanda-News.
The extended rotation of North Asia service, which now calls at Vladivostok, covers several largest ports of Taiwan, China, South Korea and Japan.
Three sister ships Kota Dahlia, Kota Dunia, Kota Darjah with a maximum container capacity of 628 TEUs each are deployed on the trade route.
This weekly service provides not only cargo delivery from South Korea and China on regular basis but also offers direct transportation of containers from Taiwanese and Japanese ports to Vladivostok.
In addition, transit time for delivery of containers from the Japanese ports to Vladivostok amounts to 1.5 days.
