ESPMC-WITASS to raise Guatemala THCs

ESPMC-WITASS conference lines will increase their terminal handling charge applicable to full and less-than-containerloads in Guatemala by $110 per container southbound and $90 per container northbound.   The first sailings with the new THC level will be the CMA CGM Fortuna (voyage number 8324S) and CMA CGM Castilla (8321N).   The conference explained that the THC rise is a response to increased local charges.   The six conference members are Container Cargo Lines Inc., CMA CGM, Compania Sud Americana de Vapores (CSAV), Hamburg Sud, Hapag-Lloyd and K” Line.   American Shipper
