Wan Hai to postpone PSS implementation

Wan Hai will postpone to implement peak season surcharge (PSS) till 15th Sep 2008   Surcharges for all types of cargo ex Vietnam to US West Coast are as following:   1. Bunker Charge (BC): from 21st Jul, 2008: USD 290 per 20' all types USD 360 per 40' all types, except High Cube USD 405 per 40' High Cube USD 455 per 45' all types   2. Peak season surcharge : applicable from 15th Sep., 2008 to 31st Oct., 2008 USD 320 per 20' all types USD 400 per 40' all types, except High Cube USD 450 per 40' High Cube USD 510 per 45' all types   3. Manifest Transmission Fee (MTF): USD 25 per Bill of Lading   4. Documentation Fee:  VND 300,000 per one set of Bill of Lading   5. Terminal Handling Charge (Loading THC) from Jul 16, 2007: USD 75 per 20' all types USD 113 per 40' all types, except High Cube USD 113 per 40' High Cube   VietnamShipper
