Asia Pacific airfreight better in November

Asia-Pacific airlines reported their first growth in cargo traffic in about 18 months in November, according to the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines. Airfreight was up 12 per cent over November 2008 and freight forwarders in Hong Kong, Shanghai and other major gateways reported strong demand and serious backlogs during the holiday shipping season.
