Yusen Logistics has started a less-than-container-load (LCL) service from Taiwan to Los Angeles.
The direct service sails from Keelung every Tuesday and arrives at Los Angeles 13 days later, and is supported by a domestic distribution network and inland point intermodal service to all major inland destinations in the United States, the logistics services provider said.
Yusen bolstered its provision of LCL services to match increased demand in flexible shipping options. Its transpacific network now includes more than 16 dedicated LCL options from Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Malaysia and China, as well as a complete full-container-load (FCL) service portfolio.
