CMA CGM hiking rates from Europe to Latin America

French liner carrier CMA CGM said it will raise rates from Europe to Latin America by 200 euros per TEU on both dry and refrigerated boxes, effective Oct. 1.     The increase applies to containers destineed to South America's north, east and west coasts, as well as Central America and Caribbean.   American Shipper
